What We Did:
The customer replaced their paper and voice-based systems with an electronic terminal and miniature printer, all powered by JDN Systems software.
Orders are compiled automatically by scanning a barcode on demonstration product samples handled and chosen by the customer.
Their customers now receive a printed order confirmation with back-order availability information before the salesperson leaves the premises.
They now exchange data directly with their head office order processing system via a mobile phone data service.
